Refund and Service Interruption Policy
1. No Refund Policy

Therefore, refunds are strictly not possible, regardless of usage, performance, or user satisfaction. 2. Service Interruptions for Maintenance or Technical Issues
In the event that the website becomes temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or other technical disruptions, Marinero Trade s.r.o reserves the right to resolve such issues within a maximum period of 72 hours from the moment the disruption is identified.
Should the interruption exceed 72 hours, affected subscription periods may be extended accordingly, based on the actual duration of the outage beyond the 72-hour window. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Cyberattacks and Force Majeure
Marinero Trade s.r.o cannot be held liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages caused by external cyberattacks (e.g., hacking, DDoS attacks) or any force majeure events. In such cases, no refund claims will be accepted.
If such an event causes a service disruption lasting longer than 72 hours, a subscription extension equal to the duration of the outage beyond the initial 72 hours may be granted at the sole discretion of Marinero Trade s.r.o, after the incident has been resolved and normal operations restored.
